1. Registration Process:
Delegates - Register Directly, just login in the online system and fill in all the information and then process the payment online.
Abstract - After peer-reviewed, you will receive the notification letter from the conference secretary, in which the registration steps indicated.
Please follow the steps one by one to finish the process.Please note that the abstract will be included in program but will not published in conference proceedings.
So, when you process the registration online, please just choose items related to "Presenter" not "Author".
Full Paper - After double rounds review process, the authors will receive the notification letter from the conference secretary, in which the registration steps will be indicated.
The authors are requested to finish the registration step by step.
The submitted and accepted full paper will be published into the conference proceeding, and need to be presented onsite by oral/poster presentation.
After you finish the payment, please remember to upload your final paper to the system. The editor will format your paper based on the final version.
2. Page Limit:
Each paper must be at least 8 pages (including the abstract, figures, tables, and references).
Extra pages will be charged $70 (US dollars) per extra page.
3. Student Registration:
The student price is only applicable to the First author who is a full-time student currently who attached their student ID card copy when register.
4. Additional Paper(s) Registration:
The additional paper(s) registration is only applicable to the same who registered with more than one paper and will do the presentation onsite for all the papers.
If more than one author with the same paper will attend the conference, then one author need to register as author or presenter, and the rest just register as listener.
5. Payment Methods:
We have three payment methods: Credit Card, Paypal and Bank Transfer.
The detailed guideline will be indicated on the notification letter which will be sent to you after your articles were accepted.

7. Refund Policy:
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
60 days ahead of the conference: Full refund but 30 USD service fee is excluded
45 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Refund requests must be made in writing or via email to the respective conference secretary.
8. Personal Reason
The conference cannot refund or pay any compensation where could not attend the conference is prevented by reason of circumstances which amount to “personal reason”.
Such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default etc.
9. Conference Date and Place Statement
The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference under the reason of circumstances such as weather damage, criminal damage, epidemic etc.
The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.
